Fish Fry - Pan-seared, crispy flaky South Indian fish filets

Spices used

Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp

Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp

Coriander powder - ½ tsp

Spicytude Garam Masala - ½ tsp

Other Ingredients

Fish Filet - 1 lb

Ginger paste - 1 tsp

Garlic Paste - 1 tsp

Lemon juice - ½ tsp

Salt as per your taste

Corn or Rice Flour (or combination of equal parts) - 2 tablespoons

Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons 

Step 1. Marinate the fish

Add all the spices, ginger paste, garlic paste, salt to the corn flour and mix everything together thoroughly. Apply this marinate to the fish, sprinkle the lime juice and marinate it for 30 minutes.

Step 2. Fry the Fish

Add oil to the heated pan and shallow fry the fish on medium heat for 3 minutes on each side or until it turns golden brown. Serve it and enjoy!

Tip : For extra spiciness , mix half tsp of salt, half tsp of  red chilli powder, half tsp of coriander powder and ¼ tsp of Spicytude Garam Masala and sprinkle a little on the fried fish when serving.
