Spicy Lamb Burger
Spices used:
1/2 teaspoon of Spicytude garam masala
1 teaspoon of Paprika powder
Other ingredients:
1 lb. of ground lamb1/2 teaspoon of salt or as per your taste
1 diced Serrano pepper
1 cup of chopped mint leaves
1/2 cup of diced red onion
1/2 cup of chopped spring onions
1 tea spoon of lime juice
Process:
Step 1: Set the oven at 380 Degrees F
Step 2: Mix all the ingredients
Add Spicytude garam masala, salt, Paprika powder, Serrano pepper, red onion, mint leaves, spring onions and lime juice to the ground lamb. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and make burgers
Step 3: Bake
Bake the burgers in the oven for 20 or 25 minutes at 380 Degrees F. Serve the Lamb burgers on brioche burger buns with mayonnaise, cheese and vegetables of your choice.
