SautĂ©ed peppers đŸ«‘

This is a colorful dish with refreshing flavors and can be done in under 15 minutes. Fenugreek powder is the secret for the extra aroma. Try it and let us know. 
P.S. Discard the green chillies before serving as they are too spicy.

Spices used:

Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp 
Fenugreek seed powder - 1/2 tsp 

Other ingredients:

Red, orange and yellow bell peppers diced - 3 large peppers
Garlic cloves peeled - 5
Green chilies -5
Mint leaves - 1/4 cup 
Salt as per your taste 
Olive oil- 2 tablespoons 
Jaggery or brown sugar - 1 tsp 

Process

Add olive oil to a heated pan and add cumin seeds. Once they are brown, all the other ingredients and cook it on a medium flame for few minutes until they are cooked.  Serve it for breakfast with omelette or as a side dish for lunch or dinner.
