This chunky Mango dal is one of my favorite memories from my childhood summers when raw mangoes are in season. The tangy flavor of the raw mango, the spiciness of Kashmiri Chili powder added to the rich toor dal makes it a mouthwatering dish to remember. The bright orange color comes from the Turmeric powder and Kashmiri Chili powder.
