Step 1: Marinate and saute chicken
- Wash chicken and marinate with yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, and Spice bag#1.
- Marinate for at least an hour or overnight in the fridge if possible.
- Sauté marinated chicken in batches in a heated pan with two tablespoons of oil.

Step 2: Cook onions, tomatoes, and blend
- Sauté onions in the same pan until golden brown.
- Add tomatoes, sugar, and Sachet 2 (Spice Kit to flavor the onions and tomatoes).
- Blend the cooked mixture into a smooth paste and return it to the pan.
Step 3: Simmer chicken in the sauce, then add cream
- Add the sautéed chicken. Cook for ten minutes on medium flame, then reduce the flame to low.
- Add cream, mix well, and cook for an additional three minutes.
- Turn off the stove, garnish with cilantro, and serve with rice, naan, or your choice of bread.
- Make it your way: Feel free to use chicken breast or thighs. You can air-fry or bake it, whatever works for you.
- For a dairy-free version, swap heavy cream and yogurt with coconut milk or plant based cream.
