Spicy Lamb Burgers

Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp of Spicytude Garam Masala
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 1 lb. of ground lamb
- 1/2 tsp of salt to taste
- 1 diced serrano pepper
- 1 cup of chopped fresh mint
- 1/2 cup of diced red onions
- 1/2 cup of chopped spring onions
- 1 tsp of lime juice
Step 1 Preheat the oven
- Set the oven to 380 degrees F
Step 2: Make the patties
- In a large bowl, mix together the Spicytude garam masala, salt, paprika, serrano pepper, red onion, mint, spring onion and lime juice. Add the ground lamb and mix everything together thoroughly. Make burger patties.
Step 3 Bake
- Bake the burgers in the oven for 20 or 25 minutes in a preheated oven.
- Serve the lamb burgers on brioche burger buns (or any other burger buns) with mayonnaise, cheese and vegetables of your choice.
